When should we bring PWI into a project?
Engagements may begin during bidding, workforce development, procedure qualification, before a first production run, or when fabrication needs troubleshooting. Early discussion helps identify the material, execution risks, and practical scope.
Can PWI help with a qualified procedure that produces inconsistent results?
Yes. Execution alignment and advisory work focus on what happens at the joint, including purge conditions, heat input, interpass discipline, preparation, and technique within the governing procedure.
What inspection, testing, and qualification support does PWI provide?
PWI supports qualification weld execution and coordinates required testing with qualified third-party laboratories. CWI visual inspection and welding quality support are available within the agreed scope. Specialized NDE, laboratory testing, engineering approval, code certification, and class approval remain with the responsible qualified organizations.
How are location, availability, and commercial terms confirmed?
